Audrey began cooking in her home state of New Hampshire over 10 years ago for friends and family, simply for the joy that it brought to others. She decided it was a career path she would pursue and enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts Management and moved to Chicago post-graduation to begin her career. She worked in the Michelin-starred restaurant, Sepia, and assisted with cooking classes at Sur La Table. She also has experience with other high-end catering companies, and a meal-kit start-up. 

She relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2016 and is currently the Sous Chef at Vert Kitchen in the Wash Park neighborhood. She continues to share her love of food and hospitality with others on a daily basis.

When she is not cooking, Audrey loves to hike, run, water ski, snow ski, and take in the clean mountain air!
